Meditation is a way for improving Body & Mind Performance. You can also connect with God / Higher Intelligence with Meditation.


The Benefit of Meditation

Meditation is simply calm of mind. Meditation is the way to clear the mind,improve its power, reduce / Eliminate body disease.
Through meditation you can improve others too and improve your business and jobs too.

Types of Meditation

1. Inhaling Exhaling Meditation : in this meditation, we concentrate only inhale and exhale nothing else.

2. Om Meditation : in this meditation, we concentrate only the word "OM" or Similar Word and nothing else.

3. Passive Meditation : in this meditation, we think nothing, this is the meditation where there is state of no mind.

4. Dynamic Meditation : in this meditation, We think to solve the problem and disturbance. We try to avoid bad habits and create favorable atmosphere. This meditation is also called new age meditation. and accepted by Silva Mind Control Techniques etc.

However all above types provide good benefit to body and mind. but I prefer Dynamic Meditation
.


The procedure of Dynamic Meditation

1. Sit comfortably on chair or on bed

2. Close your eyes

3. Relax your Body & Mind

4. count backward 100 to 1 with every exhale

5. Stay there for few minutes ( 5 minutes is good, 10 minutes is better and 15 or 20 minutes is best)

6. when you again want to out from meditation count 1 to 20 with every exhale. before counting tell mentally " At the count of 20 When I open my eyes, I am Feeling great, wide awake and better then before." and after meditation and opening eyes tell mentally "I am feeling great, wide awake and better then before"



You not need to count 100 to 1 every day after every week you reduce you count such as first week 100 to 1 , second week 50 to 1, third week 20 to 1 , fourth week 10 to 1 and last fifth week 5 to 1 and then afterward you continue 5 to 1 only. and when you want to out from meditation then the last stage is count from 1 to 5.

How you Gain More Benefits from Meditation.

You can do Affirmation in Meditation. Doing Affirmation in meditation provide results faster then doing affirmation in non - meditation state. besides this you can also do Creative Visualization, which I describe later. You can also search for solutions to your problems and try to make favorable environment which I describe Later.

1. I earn daily sufficiently.

2. I earn more then spend.

3. My business growing daily.

4. I now have good and perfect Job / Business.

5. My Co - Workers / Sub - Workers and My relation improve daily.

Affirmations

Affirmation is a word/sentence which continuously repeated with attention, belief, trust and faith.

Affirmation is work like magic and complete the task as you desire.

How Affirmation Work?

Simply affirmation is the words which throw in universe our Subconscious mind and it is like an order / request for desire result from us to the Nature /God/Higher Intelligence


How Many times it takes to convert in result?

App. 30 days but it depends on you, how you repeated it, how much faith, trust, emotion etc you give to that affirmation

What is the full procedure for Affirmation?

Simply, take one Affirmation and chanting or repeating it several times in day continuously 5 or even 10 minutes especially at night going to bed or morning when you wake up at bed .

You must repeat these affirmation with fully of faith, emotion & Trust.

Is there any other way for doing Affirmations ?

Yes, there is lots of way for doing Affirmations, some of them are listed below ;

  1. Write them in Notebook Continuously,20 to 30 times and after this read it loudly or mentally.
  2. Record these affirmation in Tape, CD or MP3 Player and Listen it several times in a day.
  3. Chanting it any time you think when you have some time.
